Return Policy -
I do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges on items which you have purchased in error. Please check your sizes and be sure you are ordering what you believe is the proper item.
If however, an unused item is found to be in faulty condition, the customer has 14 days in which to return the unused item MommaH's. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item in question is repairable, it will be repaired and returned to the customer at MommaH's expense. For health reasons, MommaH’s is unable to accept returns on used items.
If the item is unable to be repaired, the item becomes property of MommaH's. The customer will be given a store credit in the amount of the original purchase. Shipping to the customer of the replacement item will be the responsibility of MommaH's.
Shipping Policy –
There is a flat shipping rate of $4.80 for the initial item, with $2.00 for each additional item. While I try to ship as soon as a transaction is completed, as a rule, Friday is my shipping day....your package may be shipped earlier though. Free shipping on orders over $75.00 on orders within the United States.
Please contact MommaH prior to ordering an item which requires international shipping.
Custom Orders –
Custom orders are welcomed. If you place a custom order, payment is expected at the time you place the order. There are no returns on custom items. Please allow up to 3 weeks for completion of custom orders, with one week being the average and larger orders needing 3 weeks for completion. Shipping for the completed item will be billed when the item is ready, and must be paid for prior to shipping.
Payments –
I prefer to be paid by paypal. MommaH will accept checks or money orders. If you are paying by check or money order, custom orders will begin being made after payment is received, other items will be reserved for you until payment, and the item will be shipped after receipt of payment for shipping
